K.C. Undercover is a tv show that’s on Disney Channel. It’s about a girl named K.C who is a spy working for an undercover agency called, “The Organization”. She goes on many missions with her family and just by herself. Her biggest mission is keeping the fact that she is a spy a secret.
Movie Review: Selma
The movie Selma came out December 25, 2014. I saw this movie when I was in the 6th grade. I believe the actors worked really hard on this movie and from their performance, their hard work paid off. The actors’ performance was amazing.

A few months ago, Netflix released a new original series called 13 Reasons Why. The show was released a few months ago on March 31, 2017, and ever since the show premiered, it’s become a hit and has been picked up for a second season.

ade Thirlwall is a member of the girl group, Little Mix. Ever since she was little, she was highly obsessed with Disney. Every time I saw her in interviews, she was always wearing bows and clothes relating to Disney characters.

How PARCC Testing Went for the 8th-Grade
Of course, you know that testing can be extremely stressful especially when it’s a very important test that helps decide whether or not you will be passing to the next grade. I asked a couple of other 8th graders how they felt about PARCC testing and how they are handling it. Most of the responses were ok and others not so much.
A Day On The Hill
I got an opportunity to visit at Capitol Hill for a day. I want to study law when I get older and a chance to see Congress up close is something not many students can take advantage of. The lady who led us was a staff member in the Homeland and Security division of Congress.

Watch Out! It’s Luray Caverns!!
Blow Pierce 5th grade classes went to Luray Caverns with Junior Cadet (a program funded by Metropolitan Police Department). As soon as we began our tour, we made sure that we listened to the Caverns Tour Guides because they gave us some great facts about each exhibit. When we were taking our tour, there was an instrument called an organ that was used for every wedding held at the Caverns.
The Second Annual Friendship Armstrong Talent Show
Armstrong held its second annual Talent Show on February 17, 2017. The tryouts started with 20 students and ended up with 10 students and some adults performing. All these students worked very hard for the past five weeks.
The 2017 White House Easter Egg Roll
WASHINGTON, DC: Since the 1870s, there has been a tradition held at the White House called the Easter Egg Roll. This year it was held on April 17, 2017. Going to this tradition is free because you have to enter a raffle and only the people that get picked can officially go to the White House.
