Friendship “Cares” about Breast Cancer
On Thursday, October 31, 2014 “Friendship Cares” raised $500 to support the Susan G. Komen Foundation. The Friendship Cares scholars walked five blocks and made posters and cards to give to people. Friendship Public Charter Schools matched what they raised for a total of $1,000.
FCA Takes The Win For Homecoming Game!
The homecoming game was on Nov. 7, 2014 at Spingarn High School and FCA destroyed their opponent 33-6.
Homecoming Dance 2014
The homecoming dance took place November 8th, 2014. The class of 2015 gathered with a few of their younger classmates to enjoy their last homecoming at Friendship Collegiate Academy before going off to college. The students put on their best outfits to fit their all black theme to come out and enjoy themselves.
Graham Lectures FCA
On October 28, Stedman Graham educator, author, businessman and Oprah Winfrey’s partner came to Friendship Collegiate Academy as part of his Sonima Tour. A select group of students were able to witness Graham’s motivational speaking skills as he spoke to the Friendship Collegiate Academy students.

Southeast Puts Up Tier 1 Banner
How did we get the Tier 1 banner? We worked together as a school. We made sure everyone learned. We showed the core values. The teachers showed a very important core value. They showed they cared for us. If they didn’t care for us, we would not be Tier One. The students showed respect. The students respected the teachers.
