The Benefits of Ice Cream

Did you know that ice cream has many benefits to improve your mental health and make you feel better about yourself? For all my ice cream lovers, if you were ever told ice cream was not good for you, here's how you can prove them wrong.
Let's dig deeper. The dairy and vitamins in ice cream makes your bones stronger, just like any other dairy product would. And the creamy texture of the ice cream produces dopamine and serotonin, giving you a feeling of happiness and a stress relief.
Ice cream holds many valuable nutrients, such as Vitamin A, B12 and Vitamin D. Ice cream also increases your energy, improves your bone health, helps you connect with others, and serves as a mood booster. Although too much ice cream is not a good thing, a small serving size every so often is just right. There are more pros of ice cream than cons. As long as you watch how much you eat you’ll be fine, and happier than ever.
