Which is better, TikTok or Musical.ly? As a young child, I have used both. Musical.ly was the original app everyone had, and the more likes you got for your videos the cooler you were. There were lots of popular musers on the app, like Jacob Sartorius, Loren Beech and Liza Koshy.

12/18/2019 As the year came to an end and winter break gets near, the FPCS Blow Pierce Campus hosted a spirit week to spread the holiday cheer! One of the spirit weekdays was titled “Winter White Wednesday”. On this day, students, teachers, and staff wore all-white or mostly white and participated in a snowball fight.

Woodridge Girls Rock! In honor of Women in History Month, forty-five girls were selected by their teachers to see the movie, A Wrinkle in Time along with our principal Felicia Owo. This happened because of donated tickets to more than 12,000 students nationwide.

The Second Annual Friendship Armstrong Talent Show
Armstrong held its second annual Talent Show on February 17, 2017. The tryouts started with 20 students and ended up with 10 students and some adults performing. All these students worked very hard for the past five weeks.

Farafina Kan is an American based West African drum and dance company currently housed in Mt, Rainier, Maryland. Farafina Kan was founded by Mahiri Keita and Diallo Sumbry who are brothers. We play West African music from many different countries.
Armstrong Theatre Club performs “We Are The Dream”
The Armstrong Theatre Club had a play based on the famous civil rights legend, Martin Luther King, Jr., in the Armstrong Auditorium. They did this not only to recognize Dr. King but also to recognize other African-American icons from our history.
Blow Slams and Rhymes Words
Here at Blow Pierce Elementary School, Ms. Morgan and Ms. Foster’s Pre-K classroom had a poetry slam. The poetry slam was a fundraiser. They sold bracelets, paintings, and food like shrimp and grits, drinks, and pastries to raise money for an end-of-year field trip. The room was decorated in a fun way.
