=Many adults between the ages of 18-59  that are in workplaces such as offices use AI in many daily life activities. AI is used by everyday users to help with writing emails, scheduling, and decision making. The use of AI has grown rapidly over the past few years rounding from 2023 - 2025. Adults rely on AI to make work easier and to save time by using AI technology tools.

Adults in many professional workplaces are constantly increasing the use of artificial intelligence to improve efficiency and decision-making in their daily work. In  offices, AI tools help write emails, analyze data, and organize schedules. In healthcare, AI assists doctors by reviewing medical images and predicting patient risks. According to a 2023 report from the conference board, almost 55% of adults in the workforce reported using AI tools almost once a week. Many adults use AI at home as well, such as virtual assistants that manage smart devices or budgeting apps that track spending patterns. These tools save time and reduce repetitive tasks, allowing adults to focus on more complex and creative work.

The results of increased AI use among adults have been both positive and challenging. Efficiency has improved in many productions, and companies report faster project completion and fewer human errors. Even so, concerns remain about job displacement and obsession with technology. Some adults have had to learn new skills to keep up with AI-driven workplaces, leading to more training programs and online courses. Technology expert Andrew Ng stated, “AI is not going to replace people, but people who use AI will replace those who don’t.” Adults are adapting to AI not as a replacement, but as a useful tool that reshapes how work and everyday life are done.
